Introduction
The present general conditions of sale (hereafter "GCS") govern the contractual relation between LA BOUTIQUE MERCU and its customers for the sale of textile products on the website of the store. By placing an order on the website of LA BOUTIQUE MERCU, the customer accepts without reserve the present GCS.
Products
The products sold on the website of LA BOUTIQUE MERCU are textile products. The photographs and the descriptions of the products are provided as an indication and can be modified at any time without notice.
Orders
The orders can be placed on the website of LA BOUTIQUE MERCU. Payment must be made by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by LA BOUTIQUE MERCU. Orders will be processed only after reception of the payment.
Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. LA BOUTIQUE MERCU reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but commits itself to apply the prices in force indicated at the time of the order.
Delivery
The ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order. LA BOUTIQUE MERCU commits itself to deliver the products within the deadlines indicated on the web site. However, these deadlines are only given as an indication and a delay in delivery will not give rise to any compensation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the products. After this period, the products will not be returned or exchanged. The costs of returning the products will be charged to the customer.
Responsibility
LA BOUTIQUE MERCU cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused to the customer, in particular in case of delay of delivery, loss or damage of the products during the delivery.
Intellectual property
All the elements of the website of LA BOUTIQUE MERCU, that they are visual or sound, are protected by the copyright, the brands or the patents. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation of these elements is strictly forbidden.
Personal data
The personal data collected at the time of the order are used by LA BOUTIQUE MERCU for the treatment of the order and the management of the customer relationship. In accordance with the legislation in force, the customer has a right of access, of correction and suppression of the data concerning him.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present GCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
